Sunday night, October 28th, the building that our office has been in for 13 years suffered major fire and smoke damage. Thanks to our three primary carriers, we were up and running within 24 hours!
PEMCO, thank you for loaning us office space and unconditional support (taking us in at your headquarters and loaning us desks and office equipment). Safeco, thank you for extending the Emergency Gold Customer Service to our clients. Progressive, thank you for the computer use and all the supplies. Also, a special thank you to Claudia McClain of McClain Insurance for spending her entire Monday with us, the day after the fire. Her wisdom, guidance and unconditional support has helped keep us balanced in mind and spirit. To all of my fellow Champions Club partners, we heard from all of you and thank you for being there for us. Thank you to our commercial insurance agent, John Moore of NW Insurance Group, he has been a rock for us in so many ways, beyond explaining our coverage details. Lastly, thank you to our clients and friends for all the calls, texts and well wishes.
