Meet Erwin.
Erwin’s origin story as a CTIA Super Hero begins in 1990. That’s when he first met Christopher Togawa — while working as an agent for PEMCO. Although Erwin didn’t come on board as a CTIA Super Team member until 2006, the long friendship and core values he shares with Christopher made it a natural fit.
Like all the top super heroes, he believes that true greatness comes from a team approach. And that’s why he loves CTIA — because clients get the best customer service when a talented, empathetic, and reliable team works together to meet their needs.
His super power? He’s able to look at any situation and quickly see a course of action. As an experienced frontline underwriter, he gets the wheels turning so that Super Team clients get the dedicated, responsive care they deserve.
Erwin’s a team player at home, too. He and his wife, both proud first-generation Americans, share the joyful enterprise of raising two active children. But Erwin also knows that super heroes need to decompress now and then. Raised in Washington, Erwin loves to take long drives in his convertible through the beautiful state he has long called home.
